Each item is handmade to order for your own unique product. All orders placed through our website will have a 2-4 week processing time until your items are ready for shipment. Please fill out our contact form if you have any questions about rush orders.
All orders will ship via UPS Ground or USPO Priority Mail.
Please contact us regarding expedited shipping (additional shipping and handling charges will apply), or for international orders.
After your order is placed you will receive confirmation and your card will be charged, it will take 2-4 weeks to make your individual product(s) and you will receive a confirmation when you order is completed and ready to ship with a follow up notification with your tracking information.
All orders will be charged a flat rate of $8.00 for shipping.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.

If you receive an order with damaged goods, please keep all original packaging and contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to replace your order as soon as the products are available for shipment.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for an exchange or return within 10 days of receiving the item.
We do not credit shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or damage in shipping.
Please contact us before you send the item(s) back.
Portiaelizabeth is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping; we recommend using UPS and returning the item in it's original packaging. When we receive the return we will send an e-mail notification and process the exchange/return within 72 hours.
